Who we are
Spesen.app is operated by Content Factory Ltd. We provide a receipt scanning and expense export service.
Waitlist data
When you apply for an invite, we store your email address, preferred language, and a hashed IP address for rate limiting. We use this data solely to notify you when access opens.
Receipt data
When you use the service, uploaded receipts and extracted data are stored securely on our servers. You can export and delete your data at any time.
Retention
Waitlist emails are kept until you request deletion or we no longer operate the waitlist. Receipt data is kept for as long as your account is active.
